TradeStar semi-annual marketing meeting 2017
From July 14 to 16, 2017, TradeStar has successfully held its semi-annual marketing system meeting in Nanjing, Jiangsu, whose theme this time was: new challenges, new ideas and new journeys.
On July 13,from various departments including hospital terminal business, oral dosage, new terminal business, Meirui direct sales business, Beijing investment, the group market and human resources all over the country gathered in Banshanyuan Hotel in Nanjing.
On July 14, excellent sales staff and directors from branches made their reports on the conclusion of the first half year as well as the work plan of the second half. By analyzing the reports, it is available to summarize experience, share highlights, find out the shortcomings and make possible measures, so we are able to make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages in the second half year to better finish our marketing task for 2017.

July 15’s meeting were held in three places: the center and two branch sessions, and the point was to provide sales persons with training of investment policies, modes and product knowledge so that our clients could be served better.

On July 16, leaders from each business department made their reports and Sun Jie, vice president of the group, made a summary of the marketing work done in the first half year and ordered the main points in the second half’s work. It was honored to invite Ms Zhang Shuguo, a senior finance expert, to give a training speech on sales as well as Mr Liu Yang, a senior expert of the industry, to analyze the developing trend and share the sales strategies. In the last part, Mr Li Chao, chairman of the group, gave his summary and analysis of the work in the first half year.

The semi-annual marketing meeting was held in Nanjing for visit to Nanjing Meirui Pharmaceutical Company which had been just purchased by the group. On the afternoon of the 16, the attendees visited R&D center, manufacture workshop, technical center and overall office environment in Meirui.
